The Art of Conversation
– Somer Valley Writers
Have you had an interesting life?
A sharing point for those who live in the Somer Valley
Every life tells a story – why not share yours
We all have stories worth telling, with ups and downs that could help others. Whether you’ve lived in the same area your whole life or traveled far and wide, your experiences will be of interest to others.
Anyone can join our meetings for sharing and support and a good chat.
We also welcome aspiring writers and offer one-to-one help at other meetings. Ask about this at the event.
To start – join us for a 3pm onwards Sunday Afternoon Tea and cake
Our gatherings are inspired by Jim Haynes’ tradition of inviting strangers to connect over a weekly dinner in Paris, fostering tolerance and understanding.
Meetings are led by Brian Snellgrove. Contact us below by email or phone to request a place (limited to 12 per meeting). Small groups work best for most people.
Meetings are held at our home in Midsomer Norton.
This is a community service and is free of charge.
Warm regards
Brian Snellgrove and Francoise Sauze
